True to the philosophies and values of Chief Executive Officer, Dylys Bertelsen Grad.Cert.Bus (Philanthropy & Non Profit Studies), Windsor has held long term affinities with a significant number of Australia’s most iconic nonprofit organisations.

Today, these make up a noteworthy percentage of its total client base.

The Windsor Group is also unique in that a significant proportion of its profit has customarily been returned to the non-profit sector. This is by way of sponsorships, direct and staff donations, research, funded seminars, educational bursaries and scholarships and through events, community involvement, pro bono work and large, on-going research projects.

Since early 2008, Windsor services have broadened to include Windsor Board Search – a dedicated arm that locates and makes recommendations of suitably-skilled Directors and Chairs to join the Boards of numerous nonprofit entities.
