Nonprofit Recruitment

“Windsor Recruitment understands our business and organisational needs.
This gives us confidence that they can find the right people for our team.”

Traditionally, Windsor Recruitment has enjoyed strong affinity with the nonprofit sector. That commitment has grown steadily, until today the agency provides advice, support and recruitment services to many of Queensland’s largest and best recognized nonprofit organisations.

Lead by Windsor Chief Executive Officer Dylys Bertelsen, GradCertBus (Philanthropy & NpSt) a dedicated team of consultants recruit professional and office support staff at all levels – for temporary and permanent roles in the nonprofit sector.

Windsor also has active programs that return significant earnings to the nonprofit sector. It does this through sponsorships, corporate and staff donations, seminars, educational scholarships, charity events, research programs and pro bono work.

Four major ‘give-back’ initiatives will roll out in 2008.
Queensland University of Technology has been commissioned to design, evaluate and present three valuable surveys on nonprofit issues.

Windsor will again be offering its seminars to nonprofit clients – once more in partnership with the Australian Centre for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Studies at QUT.

Two scholarships for the Graduate Certificate in Business in Philanthropy and Nonprofit studies at Queensland University of Technology are again being offered by Windsor. And the second Windsor Charity Golf Day is scheduled to take place at Royal Queensland Golf Club in September.
