Interview Tips & Techniques

So what happens after you’ve sent off your resume and your carefully crafted cover letter?

First of all, you’ll get an acknowledgement that it’s all been received and has entered the system for review.

Then, if you’re lucky you’ll receive a phone call from a Windsor Consultant. Since this is a form used to ‘pre-screen’ likely looking candidates and will be used to ‘weed out’ any who don’t live up to expectations, it’s a good idea to expect the best – and polish up your phone skills.
