Reporting to the Director of Development, and periodically acting in that role to champion the organisation, as Partnerships Manager, you’ll devise a multi faceted strategy to develop new and progressive relationships across the corporate and philanthropic sectors.
 
Ideally engaging across the corporate  spectrum with some particular attention to  financial, banking, resources and emergent entrepreneurial dynamos, you’ll draw on your inventiveness and strategic flair to relentlessly source and woo exciting new partnership prospects.
 
At the same time, you’ll nurture existing associates and work to find wonderful, inventive new ways to make these rich relationships even more rewarding. 
 
It’s anticipated that you’ll come to this exciting, high-profile role as a logical progression in an already-sterling career in relationship management, perhaps with a foundation or trust. Expert in the cultivation, solicitation, stewardship and strategic thinking that underscore the best in developmental practice, you shine in the areas of creative communication, presentation and negotiation.
 
Significant success in generating commitments through partnerships, sponsorships, donations, grants and in-kind support speaks for itself.
 
You also have great expertise in creating funding proposals that really hit the mark. Networking comfortably at the highest levels of government, commerce, social and cultural life, you are articulate, sophisticated and strategic
 
Masterful in the creation of corporate hospitality programs a fine ambassador and an inspirational and supportive team leader, you are well known for your ability to handle all situations with diplomacy, humour, style and grace.
